Job description -• Handling 300+ CV store Across Maharashtra & Goa Region. • Handling West region Horeca sale including Mumbai Pune, Nasik, Satara, Kolhapur & Goa.• Monthly Raw Chicken Forecasting & Rate for Horeca customers.• Sales officer wise target allocation.• Analyze the order recommending the decrease order article wise to refine the requirement of direct customer and franchise of chicken vicken to achieve the company goal and get the customer delight.• Daily tracking feedback of west region customer regarding quality, quantity and any discrepancies in deliveries.• Continuous analyzing route cost and to improve to OTD, standardize planning and scheduling processes for quality material deliver to customer satisfaction.• To drive cost reduction effort for supply chain Annual Operation Planning. To meet annual operations target.• Decreased supply costs by properly managing inventory, obtaining quotes, and purchasing appropriately priced products.• Daily Reports. SAP (ZSR), Shrinkage, Order booking, sale report, DJP.
