Handling DBMS, Client Servicing, Merging of New Clients, organizing Exhibitions, Visual Merchandising and fabrication- Showroom Interiors, ATL/BTL activities, Road Shows, Mall activation, Corporate Events. Conducting Market Research & Analysis, Vendor management, Payment process, Managing a team of 2D, 3D designers, Production head, site supervisors and Marketing executives.Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery. Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to team, Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish. Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery.

 Handling the team of Designers, Operation and production Client servicing and taking care of all production and operational nuances. Interaction and relations with CII (Corporate Exhibitions). Compiling statistics, evaluating data, form conclusion. Cold callings for pitching new clients for Exhibition, Retail Interiors, BTL activities, Road shows, Visual Merchandising, Product Promotion and Product launch. Co-ordinate production and operational team. Managing and increasing vendors in all the regions (South, east, West, North). Setting competitive rate to Vendors that leads to hassle free project completions. Payment scheduling to Vendors and follow up with our clients on payment issues. Preparing Internal and external costing, can give profitable return.
