Lead an internal service (Tier 2 Team) that assured the effective and accurate maintenance of the employee data held in the core HR systems (HRMS) by:• Maintaining all employee records in the in-scope countries (USA, Canada, UK & India) related to T&Cs, benefits, reward and pensions for business as usual.• Handling e-mail and web form initiated requests and queries relating to contract changes, leavers data, benefits and reward changes, etc.Key Accountabilities• Manage relationship with Key Stakeholders, service providers, business partners to provide support for HR Systems and processes.• Collaborated with the IT Team for the Development, Testing, Implementation and Enhancement of the online HR Tools and Systems for the global HR Transformation Project.• Supported Organization restructure by coordinating with HR Business Partners across different locations.• Mapped & Implemented the Org Hierarchy in Org Plus Tool• Involved in process automation of implementing Employee/Manager Self Serve capabilities.

• Worked as an integral part of Global Position Management Team. Position Management (pre/post hire activities) is an important approach by Baxter towards centralizing Data Management for its employees operating for all the four regions ( Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia –Pacific).• Single Point of Contact for Global HRs for Queries/Corrections related to Data maintained in the Key Tables in PeopleSoft.• Performing Quality Checks and Audits for all the processes. Handling all the PeopleSoft Data Integrity Audits (daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly), including Monitoring Vacant Positions globally.• Distinction of initiating weekly update calls (Brain-Storming Sessions) within team and process partners to discuss and identify the area of opportunities for the process.• Launched Key Initiatives like – Key Positions Maintenance process, Maintaining vacant position during ACR Freeze, Successfully completed HR Mapping for Europe Region, Re-Launched Correction Form to a Global Audience which was greatly appreciated by the Process Partners and Clients.• Designed Activity Analysis Workbook for identifying sub processes, process SME’s, Tools and applications used, timelines and daily volumes.• Opportunity Identification: Responsible for identifying processes that can be streamlined; within the context of Global Business Guidelines.
