Leading Bernstein and SG teams globally to implement the target operating model across business, support and transversal functions, achieve full synergies and align the control framework.

Advising the CEO and executive committee of Indiassetz on the various technology decisions. Integrating technology governance into company’s governance and participating in the governance to monitor and evolve the strategy. Key Contributions: • Helped to shape the digital strategy of the organisation which resulted in transitioning of the firm to a “Wealth Tech” company. • Identified vulnerabilities in the infrastructure setup and proposed mitigation, collaborating with the CTO.• Led the formation of the technology strategy collaborating with the executive committee members to support the business goals and ambitions.
