Dr. Sandeep Chatterjee was senior faculty in food and beverage department and Placement coordinator at Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, New Delhi . He has done his Hotel Management from Institute of Hotel Management, Chandigarh (National Council). Dr. Chatterjee has done his PhD scholar, in Hospitality and Tourism from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU).He has also done his M.Phil and Masters in Tourism Management. He is also UGC NET qualified. He has more than 10 yrs of industry experience in Five star hotels of the country. His last industry posting was as a Restaurant Manager at Radisson Hotel, Delhi. Dr. Sandeep Chatterjee has been in academics for past 11 years. He was previously teaching at M. S. Ramaiah University, Bangalore. He specializes in Food and Beverage Service and F & B management. He is the co-author of the book titled “Food and Beverage Service and Management” published by Jaico Publishing House, Mumbai. Mr. Sandeep is also awarded with Sommelier certificate from International Sommelier’s School, Bordeaux, France.
