Led CSF’s State Reform strategy, Design, Delivery and Partnerships.As a member of leadership team at CSF, responsible for leading the education system’s reform in India. Managing multimillion $ grant from BMGF, LEF and other domestic and international funders to bring about change in Foundational learning in the country with deep demonstration in 4 states in India. Responsible for leading design, managing delivery partners and building and maintaining the relationship with Ministry, Niti Ayog, Department Secretaries etc. Quality assure the Design and Delivery of the project with high caliber team.

Established STIR from a startup to a full grown organization in India and led it as its first Country Director.Strategic leadership to build and sustain the system partnership to impact lives of 8millions children in India through managing operations in four states with reach to 50 districts with annual budget of $3million. Conceptualized, designed and delivered programs on Teachers’ and system officials’ Intrinsic Motivation to promote the culture of lifelong joyful learning.Led strategic partnership with tri-sector (Government, Private and Non-profit) stakeholders. Provide cross-functional management by hiring and leading the team of 80+ high caliber individual; with 8 direct reports. Directly responsible for cost control, spent fidelity, country MIS and funders & Board reporting. Member of Global Leadership Team and work closely with Global CEO and Global Board to advance the expansion and growth of the organization within and outside India. Responsible for strategic system partnership and work closely with National, State Ministers and Secretaries.

Led STIR’s Expansion, forged first State Government Partnership and Program Delivery. Build and maintained System partnerships across various states in India.

Led design and delivery of programmes for Education Leadership & management. Worked closely with Teacher Educators and Senior education department functionaries in the state. Along with deep engagement with system leaders to support developing policies around teachers capacity enhancement and student learning.

Led the design, delivery and evaluation (RCT) of multi country pilot program to prevent school drop out in India. handled the end-to-end process of partners' due diligence, hiring, developing people, managing the project, donor relations, govt and media.Worked closely with Govt of Bihar and get the findings scaled to many other districts of the state. led a team of 50 direct staffs through 2 senior managers and a finance manager while working across the functions such as design and M&E.

Partner's' due diligence, onboarding, fund management, documentation and reporting to donors, coordination and supervision of interventions in Bihar with special focus in Patna and Gaya districts. Advocacy with the government (Bihar Education Project Council, MHRD, SCERT & SCPCR) to effectively implement Right to Education in two districts primarily and build a robust case study to scale to other districts of the state.

Responsible for developing fund raising proposals and successfully raised $ 400k from World Bank's CSEF. Managed and supervised all the project activities being carried out in the organization. More specifically, initiating and designing research projects, identifying issues and strategies for advocacy with policy analysis especially in education and child protection sectors. I also undertook documentation of field activities and report writing for internal events and for donors.Coordination with external agencies:Communication with various partners, donors, politicians, policy makers, media and regional cooperation. The partners included Education International's country affiliates 4 big TUs, Global Campaign for Education, ASPBAE (Southern Coalition of GCE), CSEF (Civil Society Education Fund) Coordination Committee, Education International along with UNICEF, UNESCO, Save the Children and other agencies. NCE is also part of the National RTE Forum and therefore contact was established with all agencies.

As a group leader I conceptualized several community based interventions on child rights, women empowerment, quality education and community empowerment. The major accomplishment is to liaison with government agencies and mobilizing resources from them to excluded and marginalized communities and people. The other responsibilities include;• Organizing Youth camps and providing career guidance to unemployed youth.• Livelihood skill training to women Self Help Groups.• Entrepreneurial trainings to youth and mentoring them on various aspects of personality development.• Designing campaigns for cleaning of river Ganga and conservation of natural resources
