I have been a finance professional, an Investment Banker and worked for over 35 years in local and multinational corporations. I served as CEO of two of the reputed institutions (Deutsche Asset Management, Bharti AXA Investment Managers) for over 20 years. After a professional career spanning 35 years, I have concluded that the most important asset of any organisation is 'people'. Being with people, observing & understanding them, leading them, mentoring them and more importantly learning from them. I enjoy coaching, mentoring and guiding people on life lessons and professional and career advancement. I am a subject matter specialist in Investment management and offer pro bono advise on wealth management and investments.The activities/hobbies that give me real 'high', are : Writing, Painting, Acting on stage, Singing, Playing tennis and Reading.
