While studying for chartered accountancy qualification worked on a number of financial statement and internal controls audits of private and public sector companies. Worked across a wide variety of industries and clients included Akzo Nobel (chemicals and materials), BAE Systems (defense contractor), British Energy (nuclear energy), Diageo (alcoholic beverage manufacturer), National Australia Group (financial services and banking) and Rolls Royce Marine (wind turbine manufacturer).
