I managed the implementation of new credit card solutions, including CCMS and COS; collaborated with stakeholders to define project scopes, conducted solution analysis sessions, and monitored progress closely, ensuring alignment with business needs and timely updates to the project steering board. Spearheaded several impactful projects:- E-Government Implementation: Led the digitization and automation of various departments within government offices, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.- Document Management System (DMS) Implementation: At BRAC Bank in Bangladesh, I oversaw the digitization of 16 different Lines of Business (LOBs), including tasks such as lending, account opening, board meetings, and voucher management. This pioneering project involved close coordination with diverse teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure seamless system study and implementation.- Cheque Truncation System (CTS): I played a key role in implementing the Image-based Cheque Clearing System across multiple countries' central banks, including the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Central Bank of the UAE, Saudi Arabia Monitoring Agency (SAMA), and Bank of Ghana. This system significantly expedited cheque clearing processes by enabling the use of scanned images for validation, signature verification, and automatic credit and debit transactions.- Account Opening Process (AOP) Automation at OBC: By automating the AOP, I facilitated streamlined account opening procedures at Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC). This involved scanning filled forms and implementing automatic CIBIL validation, deduplication checks, and core system validation.
