- Responsible for managing the SAM specific service delivery for US based client operating in 60+ countries across the world- Team is responsible for approvals of the software requests- Managing the maintenance renewals- Monthly or Annual True Ups with the publishers like Microsoft,BMC etc.- Validating the New Software Requests before introducing the titles in the environment- Reading the EA's and EULA's, identifying risks and approving or rejecting the title introductions- Referring the inventory reports, Purchase Vs Consumed reports for regular operations- Team Management, Performance Appraisals, Motivations etc

- Software Licensing and Compliance Management- Software Change Requests Process Governance and Management- Software and Hardware Inventory Management- Software Requests Approvals for Installations or for Purchases- Managing the Enterprise wide Agreements of Major Publishers like IBM,Microsoft,Oracle,Adobe etc,- Managing the Alliance level agreements with Strategic vendors- Configuration Management- Reading the End User Licensing Agreements, Vendor Agreements,Product T&C's, Identifying and Highlighting of Risks and suggesting the controls- Reviewing the Software Titles before introducing in the enterprise environment- Initiating the Vulnerabilities checks for the Freeware/Opensource Softwares, Approving the usage with no or low risks- Managing and Coordinating the periodic Internal Audits and Compliance checks- Suggesting the various tools for discovery of installs and comparing with the purchase data- Maintaining the purchase records in desired meaningful format, designing the templates- Coordinating with the management for Vendor Software Audits- Management reporting for the inventory, Consume Vs Purchased Reports- Designing templates for asset verification and inventory recording- Initiating and completing the periodic physical verification of capital assets- Coordinating with the Finance departments for comparing and correcting the finance books based on physical verification carried out- Asset Donation and Scrapping or Disposal management- Coordinating with the scrap vendors and managing the bidding process and vendor finalization for asset disposals-Maintaining the Compliance Reports for disposals, ensuring the receipt and storage of disposal certificates mandatory as per Government Regulations- Managing and Leading the team of skilled professionals
