I was working on a research-based project which was primarily based on Image Processing and involved a Literature survey of specific skin cancer called Melanoma. • Developed theoretical and practical understanding of Machine Learning algorithms in classifying skin cancer lesions and normal skin mole. Researched and utilized the geometric features to design a model by implementing the paper which discussed the computer-aided diagnosis of skin cancer. • Improved analytical and technical skills in Python and the OpenCV library to use computer vision in my project. • It was a six-month-long research project internship that involve doing a Literature survey, managing the project under the supervision of the lab scientist, and work on the feedback received to improvise on the practical applications.
