As a Salesforce Developer at DAMAC Properties, I work with the IT team to develop, customize, and integrate Salesforce solutions for the real estate industry. I use my skills in Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Lightning, Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, and web services to create user-friendly and efficient applications that enhance customer satisfaction and retention.I have been recognized as the B2C MVP of 2022 for my contribution to the company in the first year of joining among 2000+ employees. I have also successfully completed multiple projects involving API integration, process management, CRM, workflows, UAT, and automations. I am always eager to learn new technologies and best practices to improve my performance and deliver value to the organization.I have a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from National Institute of Technology Warangal, where I gained a strong foundation in programming, data structures and algorithms, and software engineering.
