Project preparation on Wastage reduction and improve the Process and Quality.Statistical analysis and study of different phases of DMAIC and continuous monitoring of critical parameters to improve efficiency. Preparation and Review the SOP'sDevelop, implement, track and report on the Department’s quality assurance plan (the IMPROVE Plan).
