At a functional level i lead the Finance and Accounting and Customer Services vertical also with ~ 800 people. Being a global hub we serve all the regions and almost all the sites/locations where DuPont operates. I have been involved with the set up of the center and the subsequent ramp up from 25 to 1330 people; from 2 functions to ~ 7 functions now.I report to the Director - Global shared services who is based in US.
