Job Profile- Implementation of Hospitality Products, in front of the house category Micros Point of sale LES (Large enterprise solution) 8700, 9700 suite and RES (Restaurant Enterprise Solution) 3700, Product management, Back of the house Category Inventory management system (Materials Control V8) and Opera Quality management system, in Indian and international regime. - Customer support through efficient case management system Clarify. - Training and imparting guidelines to hotels in best possible usage of systems.- System analysis and deployment.- Presentation and product demonstration.- Project implementation and support for Major hotel chains such as Marriott, Hyatt, Six Continental, Taj Group, Carlson Group, Le meridian, Oberoi group, Six Senses, Starwood etc.

Job Profile- Handling North Indian zone installations for all the products (Property Management System, Point of Sale system, Material management System, Human resources information system, Customer relation management system and Advertisement & sales management system and support- Customer support through case management system Talisma.- Almost 100 Plus installations done during the tenure of almost 4 years. That included Major Indian and International Brands such as Taj Group, Accor, Leela, Barista Coffee, Ruby Tuesday, T.G.I.F, and Jaypee Hotels etc.- Compilation of User manual for various applications. Work experience attained during Studies.- 22 weeks Industrial training in Airport Centaur Hotel - Attended on-campus and out door waiting duties for numerous hotels, clubs, caterers, restaurants and private parties.- Worked as a barman, captain, kitchen supervisor and banquet supervisor in Shandar Restaurant and Bar for 4 months. - Worked as a captain for Nebula Catering services in M.I.G CRICKET CLUB bandra for 2 months.
