 Spearheading the complete responsibility of P&L Management of three companies with the following lines businesses.o Large Telecom Projects on TSP and I&C for large Telecom OEMs and Fibre Projects.o Diversification of the current organization into Transmission; and Infrastructureo Software solutions around Voice Logging ; Lawful Interception and Analytics.o Distribution in India and Middle East for Plantronics.Fundamental change that I am able to bring about in this organization is moving away from low margin routine Telecom Infra to handsomely good margins of Telecom Solutions in various Government and PSU.Second big change that I have been able to bring about is starting a completely new vertical of Transmission and Infrastructure. In the span of last eight months have brought in about 100 Cr of Transmission and Infrastructure orders and financing; set up national executing team; set up national vendor base; and is getting stronger by the day. Successfully steered the organization in a new diversification and establishing corporate strategies for achievement of top line & bottom-line targets in the current and the new lines of business. Successfully setup a national organization of employees and vendors to execute the newly acquired large transmission; solar and infrastructure projects. In less than a year transformed the organization into new revenue streams.

Network Costing. 8.Defence and Tactical Solutions Transport, Access and Solutions: 1.End to end Carrier grade Network design and implementation.
