Maintained the product database in SAP.

• Initiated quality improvement projects and Implemented Poke Yoke in various production cells to eliminate the errors in production• Initiated the analysis of steel used in metal fabrication cell resulting in reduction in material cost, inventory cost and lead time.• Initiated and carried out make vs. buy analysis with supply chain by identifying and evaluating supplier’s capacity and capability. • Carried out work measurement studies for new and modified processes to improve labour productivity and equipment utilization. Designed and introduced the production pace board for the assembly lines to monitor the production rate.• Represented Markham plant in corporate simplicity team to reduce the complexity in various product lines. • Designed, procured & implemented tooling/equipment to launch new and modified product design in production.
