Current1. Ensured a high level of quality in programme implementation in alignment with World Vision standards.2. Ensure programme effectiveness (PE) and design, monitoring, and evaluation (DME)standards are met.3. Adapt the national-level strategy for the project AP; develop an implementation plan and budget.4. Worked closely with NGOs, GOs, FBOs, and CSO partners to promote World Vision child outcomes.12. Engaged in Resource mobilization at the state level. 13. Plan and coordinate state-level advocacy initiatives across the state. 14. Contextualized project modules and approaches for World Vision India.15. Facilitated district, state, and national-level capacity-building programmes for internal and external stakeholders
