Worked as a Customer Support Associate for Microsoft resolving technical related issues for Windows and Microsoft Office users.The customers were basically from the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand and then we would randomly get calls from other parts of the world as well like France, Italy, Spain, China and Middle Eastarn countries as well.The job was to take the remote access of the customer's desktop and fix the software issues and glitches and informing the customers how they can protect there pc and how they can buy and reach to genuine Microsoft products. The best part was satisfaction of the customers when they see there pc and systems running again.
