Also, I gained expertise in various technologies such as Python, Java, Amazon Web Services, SQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, etc.,During my time as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon, I worked on a multi-tenant SaaS platform that helped business partners create recommendation engines for customer service self-service options. I also implemented a workflow that substantially reduced the number of tickets received by the team, thereby saving time and costs.In my previous role as a Software Engineer at Wipro, I worked on the design and implementation of web-based applications for a major American bank, automated their end-to-end processes, and formulated Oracle Database for the backend.
