I also run Partnerships for the BNPL & cobran initiative where I engage across the spectrum of consumer brands. I also lead Strategic Partnerships resulting in India-first partnerships with Mastercard.I own debt alliances with various NBFC &bank partners. This includes financials, product, growth as well as audit compliances.And lastly, I lead industry groups in Regulatory outreach - especially with myriad panels of the RBI. I have authored close to about 8 Regulatory memos that were patiently presented to various govt panels over a period of many years

Started the separation process between the monolithic platform and newer webservices. Delivered the next generation search (best among all real-estate portals in India at the time of writing), and fastest maps (with integrated search and refinements).Spearheaded rearchitecture of the CRM and the catalog/listings platform.

I lead the initiatives to build the supply chain backend, search and the business intelligence tools. My biggest challenge and passion is to recruit the best damn team in ecommerce and forge them to work as a highly cohesive unit. I enjoy being able to go to colleges and "catch" young talent - I have built a culture to identify wildcard performers who may not have the best educational grades, but end up being the best employees (a reflection on myself).I am instrumental in sneaking in functional programming and cutting edge technologies (Jruby) to accelerate product development as well as a deployment-first philosophy towards development. I have worn the hat of Product Manager and worked to define (and build) several critical products for ecommerce operations. I work closely and influence the Product Management, Business Development and Operations team by working together to build elegant solutions rapidly.

Worked on a Ruby on Rails platform for a financial transaction processing system, for a client (Jambool.com) later acquired by one of the "Big Three" - Google. It was awesome working with some of the best programmers I have ever worked with and getting a peek inside to the ops at an OLTP-based startup.Built a full-custom ecommerce trade platform for a big Indian arts vendor. It was inspiring to learn that platforms (Joomla in this case) are not necessarily architected around customer service and to funnel actual sale conversions. We had to dive in and change nearly the core, to incorporate a workflow that was totally customized for their business environment and sales.Was the Architect and Engineering manager responsible for shipping a large ecommerce initiative - Bookperk.com - for Harper Collins. This one was particularly interesting, since it involved working and leading teams from three different geographical locations. It was also important to try and figure out how the peripheral tools (Drush, Features, Strongarm) around a framework (Drupal), should be built/configured, to be able to transform it into a fast, agile platform capable of rapid iteration and delivery. Figuring this out turned out to be more valuable than the platform itself. And most importantly, helped grow Clearsenses from 3 to 13 people. It was an awesome experience trying out different methodologies for product shipping (like Agile, Scrum, pair programming) and settling into the ones that work.
