With over 23 years of dedicated experience in the hospitality sector, I am a results-driven Finance Leader known for expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, cash flow management, and revenue optimization and most importantly people management. My working life includes a stockpile of hospitality knowledge, both practical and theoretical, fortified with asset handover skills between two entities and exposure to 3 pre-openings i.e an all-inclusive resort and two business hotels. Not to mention, the lessons I have learnt from Covid-19 also equipped me to navigate through rough waters. Last but not the least, I was able to sharpen my mentoring skills to focus and guide my team’s development plans and growth opportunities, aligning them with their personal goals and company objectives.
