Current- Setup of regional CFA’s for finished goods with all the compliance- 3PL Vendor Management, Evaluation vendor capabilities through turnaround time, pricing and quality of services. - End to end CFA operation monitoring, Resource optimization - Inventory control, Quality assurance, Space management- Quality control during Inbound/Outbound - Coordination with business team for fulfillment of B2C, B2B, MT, GT, Affiliates and Retail orders within TAT- Tracking of NPS metric for customer experience and process improvement- Inter department stakeholder management, SCM team coordination for organization goal achievement- WMS feature enhancement through tech team to optimize process TAT and resources by BRD/UAT/Training. - Secondary packaging inventory planning and procurement.- Prepare warehouse cost sheet for Management MIS
