SAP Development and Implementation: • Supporting the SAP implementation team for requirement coordination such as to make sure the requirements are complete and all departments and locations have been accounted for, owning the responsibility for clearing requirements and coordinating with all departments in the company, and being a checkpoint for decisions and integral in assisting the Project manager. • Work closely with the Project manager to create a TEST plan and system tests and assist in the coordination of testing with the core team in order to validate that the requirements are met. Being a Project Coordinator:• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes• Liaise with Process owners to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management• Analyze risks and opportunities• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants• Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reportsOther than SAP Implementation:• Responding to technical support calls from end-users of computers and software applications• Setting up and installing new computers, networks, and software• Setting up user accounts and profiles on the network• Installing updates, known as patches, to software applications• Installing and configuring operating systems, anti-virus software, and other applications such as Microsoft Office• Diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software faults• Maintaining inventories of hardware and software• Keeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference.• Managing backups, CCTV, Time attendance management, PABX, Switches, and Access Control System.
