• SAP Development and Implementation:
• Supporting the SAP implementation team for requirement coordination such as to make sure the requirements are complete and all departments and locations have been accounted for, owning the responsibility for clearing.
• Work closely with the Project manager to create a TEST plan and system tests and assist in the coordination of testing with the core team in order to validate that the requirements are met. Being a Project Coordinator:
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
• Liaise with Process owners to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives

• Key account management (OEM) in terms of Sales, new account development and customer support.
• Responsible for the allocated customers from the South regions, especially from Chennai. And I reports to Regional Sales Manager – South.
• Regular interactions with customers, production team and sales team to ensure timely resolution of issues if any.
• Co-ordination with the operations team and to ensure 100% on time delivery.
