ManageBac (School Database Management System/software), 2. Spectra (Attendance & leave management) 3. Statutory Portals: EPFO, Talent maximus 4. Government Portals: SARAL, UDISE, OASIS, 5. SAP Basic. Strong knowledge in ERPs and Technical support. Recruitment: Handling Career section in ERP/Website, Recruitment portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn etc. Resume shortlisting, conducting Interviews, Induction, Documentation, Confirmation, Employee Joining/exit formalities, Training & Development PD sessions, ERP training. Implementing Performance Management (PMS) Review and Appraisal Process. Conducting Employee engagement and Welfare activities. Implementation of HRIS, SOP, Focus to develop HR Process/Practices. Manpower monitoring/Time office management: IR, ER, Legal issues, Grievance & Conflict management, HR & internal audits. SAP Basic: Master entries, Employee profile/code creation, Roll assignment etc. STATUTORY COMPLIANCES:Monthly PF Input, ESIC, Mediclaim policy, Police verification, Gratuity, etc. Payroll: Prepare monthly salary data for Staff and coordinate with Account dept. Single point of contact for Student and Employee Database.
