Responsible for Investments of Commercial and Warehousing Assets across India. Managed a portfolio of over 4 min sq.ft including office, industrial & warehousing properties. My biggest achievement was fully leasing the entire 1 min sq.ft of industrial project in Mumbai by leasing space to Markey tenants like Tesco, Keuhne Nagel, Flip Kart, Landmark.

My contribution is this role has been colossal. I was hired to execute >200 acquisitions including office, retail and networking centres within 15 months with focus to drive PAN India roll-out. I played a significant role in executing robust growth plans to attain profitability.
