An International Tribunal of Native American Tribes Holds Summer Cultural Festivals titled "Pow Wows", comprised of Native American arts and crafts, spectacular Native dancers, competitions, drum circles, story tellers and music performances across the US to provide Scholarships, support Native American Artists, young artisans, provide public awareness, education and philosophy of Native American Culture in Schools.
