As an Incident Manager I manage a team of 30 incident solvers. I deal with escalations, I attribute to the optimalization of the processes and I function as an oracle for colleagues and customers. This position successfully invokes my stress immunity, my communicative and analytical skills and my problem solving way of thinking.

As an RSO I’m responsible for the logical access and information security of the entire ING Group. I take care of the availability and protection of data and user authentication and authorization. I participate in migration projects on an individual and a group basis. I

This project was founded to ensure a smooth transition from Novell to Windows XP. The Common European Desktop Services (CEDS) will be the standard workplace of every ING employee in the Benelux. Within this project I am charged with testing, migrating users and data, design of the Active Directory and ensuring SOx compliance.

As an IE my main activities are, on a freelance basis, writing and maintaining software programs in 4GL languages such as JavaScript, Oracle and Lotus Notes. Companies I worked for were, among others, MFG/PRO, ING, AFC Ajax, Centric Systems & Services, Djoser travel and Canon. The big plus about working on a freelance basis is I got to work in a lot of different workplace environments. This made me develop more quickly and I learned to deal with different company cultures, different management approaches and different products.

As a Marketing Manager I’m in charge of a team of four marketing employees. I come up with direct mail actions and I co-ordinate the execution of these actions. I represent the company at seminars, I visit clients and I analyse (potential) markets.

At Studieweek, Holland’s largest student magazine, I did research after the possibilities to co-operate with foreign student magazines, specifically in Germany and the UK. This research and the recommendations led to an exchange of advertisers and articles between Studieweek and German Aud!max.

As an employee acknowledgement regulations and certifications I am charged with setting up ISO certification requirements. I guide companies in their efforts to obtain and maintain the desired certificates. Customers are from The Netherlands, Germany and Spain.
