Responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of a sales team with 13 core employees and up to a total of 25 employees at peak times, depending on seasonal customer demand. Responsible for Training, Coaching, Quick onboarding, setting and inspecting KPIs, Service level indicators, sales productivity, “Net Promoter score”, Product identification and consumer Engagement and customer satisfaction through Feeddex (tool). Due to complexity of constitution of the team (varying age levels and maturity) I have always been focused strongly the coaching and managing of “employee satisfaction”.

Successfully built a 7+ year career within KPN (Largest Dutch telecom provider) with a solid development from Inside Sales to ISS Team Manager.1. Oct. 2006- March 2010: Team manager: Responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of approx. 20 employees. Responsible for Key Performance indicators (KPIs) Service level, productivity, time, quality, customer satisfaction and Sales Lot.2. Feb. 2006 – Oct. 2006:Internal traineeship to become team manager, developing responsibilities for day planning, coaching and training. Strong focus on attitude and behavior of employees. Troubleshooting and Internal reporting (application failures/Forecasts/Dev. Plans). Delivering training sessions such as Efficient Communication, Product information, System Knowledge and Sales Techniques. Continuing role as supervisor and senior onboarder of new employees.3. Aug. 2005 – Feb 2006:Supervisor and trainer of new employees at Sales & information as senior rep. Continuing role as Service Sales & account manager4. January 2003 – Aug. 2005Cold calling and account management of prospects and KPN customers. Building calling plans, scripts and executing on them. Up & Cross Selling of PSTN/ISDN, ADSL subscriptions (the Net, Planet and KPN), TV subscription (Terrestrial) and General complaint handling and customer recovery from terminated contracts, and competitive wins.
