As a Product Manager at Copaco, I was responsible for managing and developing a specific portfolio. This portfolio consisted of five brands, where I closely collaborated with suppliers and internal teams to ensure that the product assortment of these brands aligned optimally with market and customer needs.Key Responsibilities:Portfolio Management: Based on market demand and trends in the IT industry, manage the product assortment for each brand to meet customer requirements. Continuously monitor the assortment status per brand. In case of stock increases, it was crucial to analyze the causes and find solutions to address the issue.Vendor Relations: Maintain relationships with the five suppliers and collaborate closely to compose the assortment according to customer needs. Negotiation of prices, promotions, and contracts on a daily basis. Successful collaboration was essential to achieve the best results.Product Marketing: Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective marketing plans and campaigns to promote the products and stimulate sales. This included pricing strategies and communication efforts to successfully launch the products in the market.

During this master committee, we organized two events to connect students with potential employers. As chairman, I was responsible for ensuring that each committee member carried out his or her task and that the events were successful for both the employers and students.

Besides my study, I worked at Foroxity Cinema as a service employee. As a service employee, I was assigned various functions including host, bartender, and cashier.

Rabobank Corporate Clients (Large Corporates) serves businesses in the commercial market with a turnover between 30-250 million Euros. For my graduation assignment, I analyzed the prospects and networks in the South-East region of the Netherlands and developed a new strategy for approaching these prospects.

During this internship, I carried out a marketing campaign to reach out to all municipalities in the Netherlands. All 388 municipalities are required to become energy-neutral by 2040, and Driven By Values has the right people working to provide them with appropriate advice. We raised awareness about there expertise by creating two marketing videos, thereby motivating municipalities to reach out to Driven By Values.

During this internship, I assisted Tempo-Team by creating a planning for the flexworkers that worked at UPS. As part of my research assignment, I researched the job satisfaction of the flexworkers. I provided Tempo-Team with a comprehensive report outlining aspects where they could make improvements.

Besides my study, I worked as a sales promoter for Hamilton Bright. During this period, I promoted the portable speakers (UE Boom) from Ultimate Ears. I accomplished this by proactively approaching potential customers, thereby generating interest in and stimulating the sales of the products.
