I participated in a key project in a large quality improvement program. I conducted a thorough data analysis identifying areas of improvement. Based on this analysis we set out a trajectory to align the operational processes with the commercial policy, which involves both process (re)design and changing physical layout of the warehouse.

I've developed a fuzzy model for selecting freight for spot checks on weight and volume. The model predicts and selects risky shipments for inspection.

For a short internship for my master study I’ve been schematically mapping process flows in the supply chain of marlies|dekkers b.v., in order to discover bottlenecks and possibilities for improvement.
