I have found that when people ask who I am, I often say who I care for and what I do. I am a father, husband and electrical engineer. That mainly says something about the roles I fulfill. And those roles can change continuously. That is why I am now focusing on the question: what do I like? For what kind of things do I really take the time, what do I really enjoy doing?One of the hardest questions if you ask me, I don't know yet. But I do know a few things. I like variety in my work and I like to be fed with things that I find fascinating. I am looking for a company that sees and appreciates that, a place with great colleagues, where there is trust. I am very loyal, honest and social and I expect the same from my new employer. A place where there is room to work from home for a day to give my head some rest. A place where I can learn, where I feel safe to ask questions and give my opinion. I have a very handy hyper focus mode, I am a real problem-solver, I am resourceful, and I am certainly easy to distinguish from the rest. I love technology and therefore enjoy working with technology. This can be done from behind the computer, or with a device or maybe with my own hands, I find the variety very important.
