In a small team of 3 GL accountants i've controllership for the accounting of 8 local entities across Europe. I check and create journal entry's, control our balancesheet recs, prepare local VAT declarations, performing month- and yearend closes and fully preparation of the statutory accounts.

Monthly check and reconciliation on Retail sales and cash. Reconciliation between sub ledger and general ledger. Further I’ve been working intensively on the setup of a whole new automated reconciliation tool for all our European retail stores.
