I have 15 years of regulatory change management experience working in global top-tier banks in both 1st and 2nd line of defence roles. Within my career I have always combined my knowledge on financial crime with strong change and project management capabilities in both leading and contributing to regulatory change projects. Selected experience includes the design and implementation of multiple target operating models, the centralization of operational activities and the selection and implementation of financial crime solutions. These projects were always international and cross-divisional. Critical success factors for such environments are aligning compliance requirements with business interests. I achieve this by understanding and managing stakeholders and their interests in both the 1st and 2nd line of defence. I have the ability to drill down into details, while simultaneously summarising and sharing key insights and recommendations effectively up the chain to senior management.
