Het stimuleert gebruikers om de eigen behoeftes te verkennen en verrijken, gelijkgestemden te vinden en voorbij bestaande sectoren en structuren oplossingen invulling te geven.De vraag centraal, een belangeloze ontmoetingsplaats voor vraag en aanbod, spelenderwijs je vraag verder vormgeven en daarmee in contact komen met gelijkgestemden; dat is onze insteek! Floqz.nl maakt unieke en ongedachte matches tussen vraag en aanbod mogelijk. Wij willen meer mensen beter, sneller en vanuit hun wensen laten wonen. I'am working for housing corporation woonbedrijf ieder1, like I did before, but now I am helping a colleque corporation in Wijk bij Duurstede, Volksbelang. My task is to organise the project development department. There are more than 12 real estate projects that needs to be organised. I am responsible for that.

In this small period I was responsible for one big renovation project in Zeist. The project was managed well, but I found out for myself that I could grow faster in my previous job. So I chose to go back.

As an advisor my job responsibilities included project management for construction (including the monitoring of costs, schedules, etc.); process improvement analysis; construction cost audits; and property cost segregation. My main task was by collaborating internally and externally to accomplish the objectives set in the initial investment plan. I had to participate in the advisory engagement and communicate complex real estate issues to the team and the client(s).In this job I gained a thorough and practical understanding of complex real estate concepts. I worked on both my professional skills as my personal skills. This position was a tremendous opportunity for me to learn new ideas, adapt to different challenges, lead motivated professionals, and earn gratifying rewards.

I was a partly responsible for the development of a new schoolbuilding in Almere (Holland). Next to that, I have been busy with the development processes in a housing corporation (Wooncompagnie) in Purmerend and was helping with several real estate projects.
