Responsible for the technical staff and yearly maintenance on € 100 mln worth of machinery.2013/2014 - Integration/relocation of 2 Needlefelt production lines and several optimizations in production efficiency and weight distribution.2015/2016 - Integration/relocation of several Tufting machines and a Laminating production line which increased the Automotive production.2016/2017 - Integration of a Extrusion production line and several optimizations on that department.2013/2017 - Purchasing machines for several smaller projects which resulted in production optimization.

Responsible for the strategic implementation plan of Lean Manufacturing which started with the education of operators on the subjects: 5S, SMED and Kaizen.Achieved several improvements of production efficiency and waste reduction.Improved the waste handling which increased the turnover on waste by 150%-200% and a 50% reduction in the yearly cost of waste.
