As a Microsoft Solution Architect I worked with the Architecture Design Office of the PNB to develop a Microsoft 365 Architecture (and a Functional one on Digital Collaboration as well)

In support of the Strategic Objective to maximize potential by leveraging synergies from combined knowledge and operations, geographically and functionally VERDER is implementing Microsoft 365 Enterprise and Azure. As Program Director I am responsible for Architecture, Technology, Implementation and User Adoption, working with the IT-Core Team, to support this Strategic Objective.

Responsible for the implementation of Office 2016 as a prerequisite project for the Office 36 implementation.

Responsible for that Transition and Transformation of Active Directory Services, Office Back-End Services and Citrix from the current Services Provider to the new one. Responsible for Infrastructure Site Readiness of the Global Sites receiving the new Digital Workplace.

Responsible for the migration of SharePoint 2007 to KPN CloudNL. Responsible for the implementation of the Mobile Communications Platform, aimed to service Holland Casino Employees with relevant information and news on their mobile devices at their convenience.

Driven by a contract end date Sander was tasked with finalizing the migration of 18.000 users to Skype for Business and Exchange Online before September 1st so that the On-Premises Infrastructure could be decommissioned. History of the Project required some (administrative) restructuring and intensive Stakeholder Management at Senior International Managment Level, as well as Technical Guidance to restore confidence in the Project Team and Trust in the solution and the Project. Another part of this project was an Office 365 Tenant Move for the FrieslandCampina Subsidiary in Vietnam to the Corporate Office 365 Tenant.

Responsible for the migration of initially 80 Business Applications from IBM Notes to Office 365 SharePoint Online. Guiding and Support a Migration Team of 1 On-Premises Senior Notes and SharePoint Engineer and 2 Senior SharePoint Front-End developers in India, working closely with the HEINEKEN France Business Representatives and a third party vendor.

Implementation of the new Intranet called "MIRU" and the upgrade of the existing SharePoint 2007 based Service to a SharePoint Service based on SharePoint Online and Office 365. Includes Migration, Governance and Project Management.

Project Manager Lync- and Exchange Online Implementation (Office 365). Responsible for the Project Setup (Team, Initiation, Hygiene, Stakeholders etc.) of the Project that will migrate ~20.000 users Globally from Microsoft OCS 2007 R2 to Lync Online and from On-Premise Exchange 2010 hosted by a sourcing party to Exchange Online.

Reporting and rto the Global Programme Manager Infrastructure responsbile for the Startup and initiation of a Global Project to migrate all Heineken’s Operation Companies from Lotus Domino and EMC eRoom to Exchange 2010 (55.000 mailboxes), SharePoint 2010 and Lync 2010 (30.000 users). Advice and facilitate the decision making process around the sourcing and implementation partners. Stakeholder management. Responsible for Project Documentation, Budget and Requirements and High Level Design Phase. Build Business Case including Cost Case. As Project Manager responsible for the build, implementation and handover of the necessary infrastructure.In the second part of the Project responsible for the worldwide implementation of SharePoint, Lync and Exchange. Developed a custom-made implementation method (materials, SharePoint site, Workshops) for the implementation of these solutions and visited a large amount of countries globally to transfer the implementation approach to local project teams in workshops. Aided by this approach, more than 38,000 users have been implemented on Lync 2010 and currently over 30,000 have migrated from Lotus Notes to Exchange, while another 10,000 were on boarded from previous Exchange versions. Member of various Regional and Local Project Steering Committees on Senior Management Level. Additionally contributed to the development of the Infrastructure Stream within the HEINEKEN Deployment Methodology 2.0.

Following the acquisition of Asia Pacific Breweries (APB) in Q4 2012 and the initial technical Day 1 integration, Heineken International executed a project to further integrate the infrastructure into its Global Environment. Sander is End-to-end responsible for the successful delivery of all infrastructure related transition activities, owning and managing the detailed planning and project execution for the Network, AD, Mail, Workplace, and Unified Communication integration of 24 companies in 14 countries with over 6.000 users. Working with the IT lead and local APB Technical team defining the phase deliverables, tracking of milestones and expenses of all activities. Key activities: Define Infrastructure transition plan, Ensure the plan align with business requirements and constraints, Ensure the plan is achievable and can be supported by HEINEKEN, Disciplined project execution, with focus on issue and risk management, Implement project tracking, monitoring and reporting mechanisms, Develop, manage and implement stakeholder engagement plan and Track against the budget and business case. Setup and Manage the Project’s SharePoint Team Site as a control mechanism for 40+ Team Members. Reporting to the Vice President GIS Projects and Planning.

Feasibility Study to and Implementation of Office 365 for non-profit organization Woman in Europe for a Common Future (WECF). WECF’s current IT infrastructure and applications that support their activities in the three WECF offices located in Utrecht (NL), Munich (DE) and Annemasse (FR) were roughly 5 years old and therefore in need of replacement. To the Point has been selected by WECF to, honorary, execute this Project and together To the Point and WECF have initiated a Project assessed the “as-is” for The Generic Office Automation Systems (file and print services, e-mail, calendar, managing current liabilities etc.), The Document Archiving Solution, including planning & contracts solutions and The Financial and Project Administration to determine how they can best be updated or replaced. The outcome of this is the implementation of Office 365 including, Lync-, Exchange- and SharePoint online. Lync was introduced next to Skype for internal communications and extended meeting support, while the three current mail systems (Local Exchange 2007, Internet POP/IMAP and French Office 365 tenant) where migrated to a new Office 365 tenant. For SharePoint a separate implementation plan (including taxonomy and training plan) was developed and existing documents where migrated to SharePoint Online.

Responsible for the project streams "Core and Application Infrastructure", "Take-over IST-management", "Migrations Generics", "Migration Service Arrangements" and "Migration Service National Area" within the Program Renewal Office Automation where the service concerning the KA is outsourced to an external party. Reporting to the Program Manager. Amongst other things, responsible for transferring, reorganizing and standardizing of the very diverse application portfolio.
