Lync was introduced next to Skype for internal communications and extended meeting support, while the three current mail systems (Local Exchange 2007, Internet POP/IMAP and French Office 365 tenant) where migrated to a new Office 365 tenant. For SharePoint a separate implementation plan (including taxonomy and training plan) was developed and existing documents where migrated to SharePoint Online.
