Sander Hoeken is the founder and brain behind the internet agency, Infocaster, with a strong focus on innovation for large corporates. As a kid he wanted to be a Lego tinkerer or a Formula 1 mechanic. That morphed into his favorite, slightly more grown up pass-time: building new concepts from the ground up with a team of 50 people.In 2004, at age 23, Sander took the plunge into the internet business from a deep entrepreneurial drive for change and the wish to personally impact his work.
