At Kramp I conducted an international study into the feasibility, implementation and development of a new business model focused on Spare Parts Management (SPM) partnerships for the OEM industry. Based on this research, I linked customer wishes, industrial and business developments at various levels to provide guidance on how Kramp can roll out this new business model. This resulted in the development of an SPM partnership strategy, calculation models, and external (sales) presentations.
