For the past 10+ years, I have been working in sales, marketing, and business development. I am currently working as a Business Development Manager at Hundipea, helping to create a climate-neutral district in Estonia.I grew up in a small town in Estonia, went to university in Tallinn and later I moved to US & Canada. It was there I learned about business from the very foundation: direct sales - door-to-door. This experience was transformative because it led me to understand sales to its core. I learned how to understand and empathize with people. I developed an intuition about people that cannot be learned from books.
