As a CRM Manager I am working on implementing and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing and Sales, Customer Service, Project Service Automation (PSA) and Business Central. I do this on the basis of analyzing our wishes / processes and translate this into functionality and, in consultation with stakeholders, set requirements. As a member of the management team, I, as a business manager, maintain an overview of the daily work process and ensure output, quality and performance. I also touch all facets of the (in) direct sales organization (Business, Finance and Sales Operations and Incentive Managers) in order to achieve the best overall result. I am also the link between business and IT (information provision). I identify, analyze and specify the requirements of both the business and the client and communicate this as useful information to the project team, (software) supplier or outsourcer. This concerns the development of (automated) reports, analyzes and incentive systems.
