Create and employ initiatives to improve HEINEKEN’s financial reporting (processes) and compliance of OpCo’s to ensure consistent reporting. Ensure compliance of OpCo, regions and functions with Heineken accounting structure through review and development of local teams/knowledge.Provide training and support to OpCo's and functions on Heineken reporting structure. I monitored and analysed balances of the consolidated reports of Philips Group. Worked closely together with other group functions, like Technical Accounting, Accounting Operations, FP&A, Treasury, Tax) in order to increase the quality of the data reported. Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reporting and analytical review, focused on the consolidated statements of income at group level. Responsible for multiple notes of the annual report of Philips Group. Participated in forecast and budget processes.Responsible for making quarterly presentations on Share-Based Compensations and Earnings per Share and prepared reports on a monthly basis for the Group Chief Accountant on certain income statement captions. I worked on improvement initiatives, enabling more efficiency and transparency in our closing processes and assisted in the preparation of some captions in the Carve-out Financial Statements.Responsible for accounting on Share-Based Compensation plans for Philips group, Earnings per Share calculations and Treasury shares. For these topics I was responsible for preparing the disclosure notes in the Annual Report.

Assist in consolidating the reporting of financial entities under IFRS for external reporting of the Philips Group. Perform analytical review and follow-up on reported data from the Philips organizations, increasing the understanding and quality of data reported.As part of our review cycles, check on consistency and correctness of parts of the annual report. Furthermore, involved in the accounting for Share-Based Compensation plans, Treasury shares and annual incentives.
