Brought Enerplus from HSR clearance to close in <8 weeks, took XTO asset deal from announcement to close in 6 weeks. Led feasibility, economic evaluation, and pilot plan for extended laterals campaign. Major accomplishment: led the consolidation of six industrial product lines into one $5B industrial division with a viable path to revenue growth and 10% profitability improvement. Oversaw market & competitor analysis, FP&A, product development roadmaps, capital allocation, R&D funding and capital allocation, acquisitions & divestitures, and ESG program implementation (SBTI). Business Units overseen included Hydrogen (electrolyzers), Power-to-X, Compression, Steam Turbines, Generators, and Engineered Solutions.

Major accomplishment: Led a global strategy and marketing team through a turnaround in profitability for the Industrial Applications Division of Siemens Energy, which mainly focused on the Oil & Gas and Chemicals industries. Led a team of 9 direct employees and over 100 associated staff, with responsibilities for market & competitor analysis, FP&A, KPI/OKR reporting, business and regional development strategies, product development plans (capital allocation), product pricing structures, marketing communication, and sales training.

Major accomplishment: delivered carve-out and spin-off of Siemens Energy AG from Siemens AG, creating $18 billion in overall shareholder value.Advised Siemens Managing Board Member Lisa Davis on business strategy and corporate development, with primary objective being the spin-off of Siemens Energy. Other responsibilities included Oil & Gas go-to-market strategy, strategic planning, and design of a capital allocation program for the spun-co.

Major accomplishment: delivered $1.5 billion upstream and midstream capital program in the Permian (Delaware) Basin, including >100 wellsites, 1,500 miles of oil/water/gas gathering, 12 compressor stations, 2 gas plants, and an oil stabilization facility.Led an organization consisting of 6 direct reports, over total 50 staff, and over 1500 contractors in the Project Management, Construction, Commissioning disciplines for the company's entire US Onshore footprint. Team was spread across Houston, Midland (Permian/Delaware Basin), and Platteville (DJ and Powder River Basins).

Major accomplishments: Served on deal team that farmed in 10,000 BOPD to an existing offshore facility at 33.3333% working interest with operatorship with no acquisition expense in exchange for riser slot access. Debottlenecked 75,000 BOPD facility to 90,000 BOPD for less than $10 million via modifications to pressure regimes, compressor internals, and facility piping.Led two major brownfield subsea tieback projects (Constellation and Caesar-Tonga Expansion) totaling $600 million while also managing the sustaining capital and OPEX projects for three operating production platforms (Constitution, Heidelberg, and Holstein Spars), managing a team of multidisciplinary engineers and construction and commissioning personnel.

Major accomplishment: achieved first oil on the Heidelberg Spar and Field Development three months ahead of schedule and 5% under budget.Led the Installation, Hook-Up, and Commissioning Phase of the project, including a team of over 600 contractors from 27 different firms and 7 different installation, construction, and accommodation vessels to deliver joint success.

Major accomplishment: Innovated a simple approach to arc-flash labeling that saved the company $50million in consulting fees over 10 years (see publications)Served all business units in subject matter expert capacity. Oversaw contractors in design, fabrication, installation, commissioning & startup, and operations support for electrical systems on offshore production platforms, FPSOs, onshore gas plants, compressor stations, and other infrastructure.

Major accomplishments: Established technical basis and secured regulatory approval for ESP-amperage based allocation metering for heavy oil applications (see publications). Designed and installed the first 3-piece plug-and-play offshore electrical building to preventing millions in light construction vessel charges. Projects included Statoil (Equinor) Peregrino offshore Brazil and Anadarko Caesar-Tonga offshore gulf of Mexico.

Seconded to Apache as an offshore field engineer working on secondary recovery projects for the Forties field, including ESP conversions and a Ring Main Generation project.
