Taught computer courses - Keyboarding, Microsoft Office apps to students in grades 6-12 at Ford Middle School and Berea High School.

Coordinated software development efforts among client, consultants, database and program design team to add a new testing module to an existing learning management system. Organized meetings, identified client needs, created specification and tracked progress. Worked alongside QA to provide test scenarios and identify any discrepancies before implementation.

Taught business and computer classes to students in grades 9 through 12. Courses taught were Accounting, Economics, Desktop Publishing (Pagemaker/MAC), and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access (PC). Also co-advised the production of the final yearbook using (InDesign).

Worked at two different public high schools advising junior and senior students about post secondary education options including college planning, admission application requirements, financial aid advising, scholarship opportunities, and career options.In this dual role, Jen also supervised and coordinated a group of tenth grade students and their adult mentors. She planned and organized monthly events where the adults mentored the students on topics such as various career paths, study skills, standardized test taking strategies and accompanied them on field trips.

Provided customer service/help desk support to over 300 users for Microsoft software, customized reservation system in JDE One World and customized billing application in MS Access.
