At S12Arch, I worked directly with Principal on projects. Completed several commercial and a number of residential projects. Ground up Residential developments type V and III construction, interior renovations. Technical duties ranged from contract writing, managed DD thru CD sets, pulling permits, fabrication drawings. AutoCad, and Revit Architecture for CDs, 3D renderings for design exploration and marketing. Also incoprpration of structural models and MEP coorinaton.
