I was a project manager for shore power cabinets and shore power dispensers. Based on customer purchase orders and requirements I lead the projects from order to delivery. This included customer communication, project management for electrical and mechancial designs, material specifications for purchase department, production planning, assembly, testing.

As a project manager I handled the projects from quotation to delivery. Preapared quotes for various customers in railway, medical equipment, electrical equipment industries. Handled, processed and confirmed customer purchase orders. Prepared documentation for purchase and manufacturing. Planned assembly and testing processes in cooperation with production.

I reviewed product documentation and set up production documentation in ERP system. Based on customer specification and drawings I created bill-of-materials for purchasing and prepared documentation for production. I worked on a large serial production projects and also on a small scale highly customized products. Designed and developed electrical.

Estonia

My main tasks were production process development and project management. I handled daily activities related to machinery and process improvements, overseeing machinery and tooling maintenance plans and executing maintenance tasks. I managed factory rebuilding project where whole factory was rebuilt for new generation products and new assembly lines were.

I created electrical schematics and bill-of-materials for compact secondary substations. Worked with electrical designs for standard products and project based custom solutions. Detailed documentation for production and assembly operations. Supported the release and manufacturing setup of new products.

I analysed and tested phasor measurement units (PMUs). As a part of my Bachelor thesis I did in-depth analysis of different manufacturers PMUs to identify their accuracy and capabilities in steady state and in dynamic situations.

During the internship I created my first electrical designs and had the opportunity to work on a 330 kV substation renewal project. I worked with electrical designs, assembled control panels, carried out testing procedures with senior engineers.
