Heading a team of 15 FTE with the mission to be the customer champion.Responsible for making T-Mobile’s customers the most loyal, satisfied and valuable in the market. Key KPI's: loyalty, churn, customer value, XU-sell, customer satisfaction, NPS and employee satisfaction. Team activities include base marketing, proposition development, database marketing, marketing automation, e-mail marketing.Member of the consumer marketing management team.
