In 2021, after 35 years, I leave KLM on a voluntary basis and will end my work in various domains and positions at KLM Engineering & Maintenance. I am therefore open to new challenges with preference, knowledge and experience in technology and logistics. In addition, I particularly enjoy helping people who are at the beginning or in the middle of their career and to make a plan. I am an energetic, pragmatic, conscientious and positive thinking person. Think horizontally together in opportunities and possibilities and passionately come up with creative, cost-saving solutions and results. As a listening person I got to know people and cultures, I am deeply involved in the feeling and happiness of my environment, especially in large dynamic organizations. With a broad experience in sustainable maintenance, especially in the all-round aircraft industry, I have developed a helicopter view with substantive detailed knowledge. Specialized in complex technology, logistics, commercial, legislation and regulations with administrative ICT domains and management processes. Not a pusher but a curious approacher, 'optimum cashing in' at minimal costs, that makes me happy and I profile myself. I like to take the lead and I prefer to make a motivating, well-considered decision together rather than passively waiting. As a volunteer by poppodium de Boerderij I am crazy about everything that has to do with music and besides groundsman I am currently also responsible for web, app and MS365 management for tennis & padel Buytenwegh!
