At rb2 we develop business applications using agile software development methods Scrum and Kanban, with team members located in the Netherlands and China. From our office in Purmerend we work together with the client, agencies and subcontractors, while most of the development teams are in Xiamen, China. My work tend to swing between Scrum Master and Product Owner, depending on the project (complexity) and clients experience and there for I introduce myself as (Agile) Delivery Manager.I am well pleased that I am responsible for the development and implementation of the loyalty applications for: RET (www.ovmiles.nl), Nuon Exclusief (www.nuonexclusief.nl), Nationale-Nederlanden (www.meervoorjou.nn.nl), Club Staatloterij (club-staatsloterij.nederlandseloterij.nl) and the recently delivered T-Mobile Extra (www.t-mobile.nl/extra).

Responsible for projects with a mix of the latest technology, strategy, media and creativity to deliver innovative concepts. Recent projects:Concept, design and realization of iPad and iPhone apps for FBTO, ING and Tommy Hilfiger.Nederlandse Spoorwegen, several projects for the business part of ns.nl, including interaction design, optimizing content and redesign.For American Express we developed www.americanexpressavenue.nl. Radio538 traffic portal, for use by dj's, build on Ruby. Several campaigns and platform maintanance for SaraLee international (Senseo/Douwe Egberts), based on Sharepoint. For Vodafone we redesigned the webshop-flow and offline shop application, will be implemented in ATG.
