Within the last couple of years I have developed myself into a real customer aware professional. Troughout my career I have learned a great deal about hospitality, sales, accountmanagement, customer relations, reporting and a lot more. While I Graduated from the Hospitality Business School for Hotel Management (Saxion Apeldoorn) in 2008 I started the Management Development Course offered by Cendris Customer Contact as a team manager. After that I was deployed at Ohra and became part of the department of Planning & Management Information. We converted the organisation to a new IPT environment (Avaya) and introduced CMS and Avaya WFM as the daily tools to work with.After the experiences I've gained in different contact centers in different postions, I came to the conclusion that they limited me to office environments. Being a real explorer and somehow allergic for sitting between the same walls for years and years, this was the one thing I needed to change, I decided to take a career changing opportunity at Vodafone as a Small and Medium Business accountmanager. After this period I decided to travel for almost a year and think about the things in life that are really important. After coming back from this lifechanging experience I decided to follow my instincts and accepted the function as a relationship accountmanager at Boels Rental. This opens a whole new world of heavy machinery and gives insights in something different. - Change is the best thing that can happen and it keeps you interested in life - For the near future I will expand my capabilities making sure to obtain new relations and set new goals. Besides that I will constantly develop my skillset and grow as a sales & account professional.
